Ive found my mountain kings very impressive as a trail tyre, however ive become a little tired of them trying to kill me off piste so ive gone back to my dual ply dual compound sx clutch on the front and MK on the back for all round duties.
When money allows ill get a spare wheelset and wrap them in MK Ust for general trail use and my other set in dual plys for downhill, and use one of each for off piste as I dont care what anyone says MK's are absolutely fooking deadly on wet rock and roots.

2.1" High rollers are dinky little tyres.
On a side note I ordered a tyre form 'Next Day Tyres' on a Friday, got the email at 12 o'clock the same day saying they'd been dispatched and guess when it arrived............. yup Wednesday the following week. About as much next day as Blackpool are likely to win the Premiership.

Maxxis Advantage or ardent 2.25" front and high roller 2.35" rear is a good combo.
Never had a problem with Fire XC pro's myself, good tyres.
Regarding Next day tyres i have used them twice and on both occasions they have arrived the following day so think youve just been unlucky steve!
