After umming and arrrring and still being dazzled (sorry) by the sheer choice of lights out there, I've decided i'm going to invest in a 'Lights & Motion Seca Race 700'. As the name suggests, 700 lumens output, 6 LED's, 3.5hrs burn time on max. I had a chat with my trusted LBS yesterday and they were saying that its not all about raw-power light output but also how the beam pattern determines the efficiency of the light. 3 of the staff have gone onto these (one from Hope 4's) claiming that the Seca's beam is better focused and penetrates further than the Hope's, despite its 260 lumens deficit. Sounds impressive! It's a nice lightset, which is lightweight and with some nice features too. www.bikelights.com/info.asp?uid=223&p=13Will post a report as soon as i'm able to afford one!

Looks cool. you had a price? £290 on chain reaction is the best so far but i haven't shopped around. Will shop around properly before parting with cash
