Thanks for a cracking ride today lads, the weather was sweet , even got a bit of a tan. I met Oggy, Bongoslider,John & rob2284 at the top of The Sychnant pass and we headed towards Tal Y Fan & the roman road. I had a bit of bad luck today, the first to come off, my chain snapping and getting a puncture a mile from home. heres some pics, You have to get the camera ready at sections of trail like this ;D No one came off there, although bongoslider flinched and put his foot down at the top ;D Xybadog, we saw this and thought the contact details on the van might have been what youve been looking for. Something for the weekend sir?? ;D Oggy seemed to be enjoying this, I reckon he let his tyre down on purpous ;D I think tthe best bit of the day was when we stopped in Penmaenmawr and rob did a fancy back wheel skid to the side but couldnt unclip, came off a cropper infront of the pen massiv in the bus stop, quality ;D ;D ;D ;D Cheers again lads, hope you all enjoyed the downhill on conwy mountain after you left me, look forward to seeing the rest of the pics

Ha! Funny as fook! Where's your bike Martin? Looks like another good one there boys. To put it in perspective, i spent most of the day putting together furniture . And for tomorrow, my planned ride is now off as i have to be in work for 0900.

Yeah, sweet day had by all. A great 6 hours on and off the bike(for some), fantastic scenery in this area, superb day to have been on the tops and off course the company kept me laffin' all day with mishaps and body piercing along the way, nice one Rob for the street entertainment as well and a round of applause to John for his amazing 'into the bush' dissapearing act........a big shout out to Oggy and Martin for navigating the ride, nice one! its good to do rides away from the trail centres! Gonna rest up now and see if i can find a bit left for a wobble tomoz. cheers guys!

Martin: You may find sennakot a relief ;D ;D ;D ;D ; John: What can I say! Tremendous effort. I can't believe you were actually under that helmet. That's cheered me up no end (Full of flu, shoulder still giving me jip and I'm going to be without the bike for a week or so while MOJO decide if I can claim a warranty repair on my forks ) Still It could be worse I could be under 4foot of thorny hedgerow ;D ;D ;D ;D Classic
