Got an entry going if any one is interested! PM me. I'll also be doing support vehicle for all the MBNW bravehearts. Bring all your supplies and dump it in the back of the van. I'll do a couple of stops before half way (Mach). Then probably Corris and Dinas Mawddwy. PM me if you've any questions!

I'm taking the van down and doing a few stops along the route, parking up on the main road junctions. I'll have water etc on board. My mobile is 07775 592 242. Text back if you're wanting to use me as I can pop to the next stop without missing anyone, if I know the amount of riders I'm waiting for.

Im out im afraid, The dreaded cramps have come back with vengeance this week, even thoughim on Quinine, Went out today and on nearly every easy climb my left calf cramped badly, So think as the route is hilly and no meat wagon to get back it safer in bail, Have a good one, Gx

Weather was fab....route was stunning....hills were feckin MAHOOSIVE and my legs are SHOT!!!!
Bwlch yr Groes after nearly 70 miles was verging on sadistic and as I left my sachets back at the van some energy drinks at the feed stations would have been a blessing but once again the Wild Wales organisers delivered a blinder.

Thought it was you in the que at the first sign in but wasn't sure, sorry dude we should have said hello.
Great event, stunning riding country and nasty climbs, all in all a tough but good day out on the bike. Well done to everyone that took part, ill defiantly be back next year
Anyone doing the Etape Cymru in couple of weeks?
