That's a pretty quick time, even Dan Evans has 58:27 on that segment

That's a pretty quick time, even Dan Evans has 58:27 on that segment I think you'll find that that's my time for the Black Rupert. I've never done the red. ;D *click on the ride I did on Strava and it shows the black. Odd that it shows up in that segment though.*

Strava does that all the time Dan , if both the route starts and finish in the same place it doesn't seem able to tell the difference between them . Does the same with the Beast and the MBR at CYB just puts up different segments . Lots of people seem to have times for the MBR when they have actually done the Beast.

About time I posted something MBNW Wave -MBR Coed y Brenin 1.30.07 ,not great but something to improve on . Did it today on the Five over 4 Min's faster than the hard tail 2 days ago despite having to stop a couple of times for people out walking their bikes on Cain and Abel . Forgot how much I LOVE that Bike .

Marin 1:33 Could have managed a sub 1:30 if it wasn't for walkers on trails with dogs and tourists carrying out maintenance in the middle of the trail...

More a Dangle than a wave but Degla Red 1:21:54.
At least the numbers are going in the right direction.

After being totally dry for most of the week I thought today would be a good day for a willy wave of the Marin on the hardtail, they don't call me the Rainman for nothing! It was lashing down in Gwydyr so peering over my Mr Magoo glasses I still give it decent go although losing a front wheel in the 1st 100 metres was an ominous start and had a couple of 'offs' due to operator error ..... My time is from the start of the trail to the end of the trail (no carpark) on GPS & stopwatch as the MBNW segment still hasn't been edited and the end of it is at the far end of the carpark! Marin: 27/6/13 1:32:20 ... on an old fangled 30lb shitey British Iron steed 26er
