After a visit to my dad's earlier I may be tempted to ride his old steed on tomorrow's charity ride - what do you think ;D Even all those years ago they had integrated rear hub gearing My dad bought it second hand 41 years ago - a Raleigh !

I'm sticking my number on my bike using some zip ties. I'll bring some spares incase you can't find pins.

I'm feeling tired now Clocked up 72.3 miles and then had to mow the grass when I got home! Finally got the Kona cleaned up too after last week's Dyfi. It's all sparkly now Cracking ride today folks - great company and a moment of excitement after Mak got too engrossed in reading his computer and nearly didn't see the two other riders coming the other way That would have been a Tour De France sprint finish crash scene if it wasn't for Mark's quick reactions! Excellent day and really good to catch up with Nickster - well done on doing the 30 mile ride Good to meet Snipes (Nik) too - hopefully see you out on one of the rides soon Hopefully it's time for a bath

I am absolutely spent now!!! I managed 100.62 miles so only just in the 100+ club What a great day out, Road riding can be rewarding in nice conditions like today Couldnt have asked for any better, We didnt have any punctures or mechanicals in our group today although Davy & phil did stop to offer assistance to others in difficulty. I Was on the road for 6am to meet up in wrexham & with Just under 7 hours in saddle has took its tole on the rear end Can see a few more road outing's coming up over the summer months, Well done to Simoult too for giving his new roadbike good rideout today too and managing to stay strong to the end. Heres the map & stats Catch you all soon ;D ;D

It was cracking weather today and really enjoyed the outing and the road riding! I completed the 30 miles in 3 hours and I was really pleased with that! Gavin put semi-slick tyres on my bike which made a real difference! Was great to speak to you all and thanks for stopping for a quick chat! Well done to all of you for putting in loads of extra miles, I'm shattered after my 30 miles!!! See you all soon
