It was cracking weather today and really enjoyed the outing and the road riding! I completed the 30 miles in 3 hours and I was really pleased with that! Gavin put semi-slick tyres on my bike which made a real difference! Was great to speak to you all and thanks for stopping for a quick chat! Well done to all of you for putting in loads of extra miles, I'm shattered after my 30 miles!!! See you all soon Well done for completing it Nicky - especially when you were feeling unwell !

I totalled 40 miles on nobblys and my butt cheeks have paid the price.
I managed 3 hours and 5 minutes for the official part of the ride which I'm happy with considering the nobblys.
I'm just glad I don't have to get up for work tomorrow. I see a few early nights tonight!
